We are always here for you if you need any advice or help once you get your new purchase home, or at any point during its lifetime.
All of our products are covered by manufacturer warranties. These vary, so please refer to the individual product pages for more information.
Some of our items are shipped to our store first, where we check them over before you pick them up. In other cases, we may ask the manufacturer to ship your purchase directly to you at home.
Warranty cases will first be repaired if possible, otherwise we will organise a replacement unit and have that shipped to you as quickly as we can. However, this may take a while depending on availability of stock. We do regret we cannot offer refunds on warranty cases.
